Bow and arrow (1992)
Pijl en boog is het wapen waarmee Amor, de god van de liefde, zijn liefdes-pijlen afschiet op zijn aanbedenen.
Op zuurvrij karton is de boog opgezet in geel oliepastel; de pijl is hier verbeeld met de afdruk in metaalkleurige schmink van de mannelijke roede.
Het mixed media werk van 38x47cm is gemonteerd in een eveneens zuurvrij passe-partout en achter glas ingelijst in een natuurwit Barth aluminium lijst. Afmeting 60x80cm.
Het werk is op de passe-partout rechts onder gesigneerd.

Bow and arrow (1992)
Bow and arrow is the weapon with which Amor, the god of love, shoots his love-arrows at his adored.
On acid-free cardboard the arch is set up in yellow oil pastel; the arrow is pictured here with the imprint in metal-colored make-up of the male rod.
The mixed media work of 38x47cm is mounted in an equally acid-free passe-partout and behind glass framed in a natural white Barth aluminum frame. Size 60x80cm.
The work is signed on the passe-partout at the bottom right.
